100% financing is available to contractors who have completed our Novum training or can show 5+ verifiable deals within the past 12 months.
Training gives you the knowledge, documents, and structure lenders need to approve full-funding requests.
Once you’re trained, you can use the funding yourself or partner with other investors in our network.
